Julie's Magic Touch
Julie's Magic Touch features ambience stylist Julie Asselin. Joined by a real estate appraiser, Julie oversees the makeover of an advertised property with a view to selling it more quickly and getting a better price for it. Each episode involves a new property and a new owner who has his own particular tastes, pocketbook and goals. Julie has a minimum of $10,000 to spend on her project, no matter what the type of property.
